Just three days after the 2013-14 MA course finished (Fri 12th), Alex Rigby and Bradley Fletcher were employed by the highly regarded, multi-award winning agency 180 Amsterdam.
Bradley Fletcher (art director) was, immediately prior to his MA year here, a graduate of the BA Graphic Design course at Falmouth. Alex Rigby (copywriter) had studied for his BA in English Literature at Sussex University. They met and teamed up as a creative duo on the Falmouth MA Creative Advertising course, producing a Distinction-level portfolio which was exhibited in July 2014 at the D&AD New Blood exhibition in London.
Bradley won a nomination for a D&AD Pencil at the show and was subsequently selected for the New Blood Academy, described by D&AD as a ‘two-week creative bootcamp that catapults young creatives into the industry’.
Sure enough, before long the pair of them were heading for Amsterdam to take up 180’s offer of a 10-week placement. Since their arrival at the agency Alex and Bradley have worked on creative campaigns for major brands such as Playstation 4, DHL and Asics.
