One of our student teams has won a ‘Best in Show’ award. (Yes, it’s a bit like Crufts but without the yapping, coiffured dogs.) Gavin and Richard won the award for their campaign for the London Underground – advertising the fact that it’ll soon be open all night over the weekends. Our favourite ads were the one making the Tube Map look like a constellation in the night sky and the one showing the Underground’s logo as a full moon. The guys’ prize is a D&AD Annual each and a sticker to put in their portfolios to show off to ad agencies. Good for them, it was excellent work.
