Building upon the successful London study trip for First and Final year students last term, which included presentations from leading agencies such as; TBWA, VCCP, Wunderman, Table 19, M&C Saatchi, Mother; BBH and Ogilvy to name but a few…we are looking forward to welcoming the following Creatives to Falmouth over the next few weeks:

Mark Denton, commercials director and creative for Coy! Communications. Mark has produced award winning work for Nike, Wrangler, Heineken, Levis, Greenpeace and much more.

Graham Daldry, Creative Director and writer of the iconic ‘Should’ve gone to Specsavers’ strapline and responsible for the UK’s longest lived current advertising campaign since its inception in 2002.

Mick Brigdale, Head of Art at St.Luke’s agency, London coming to present to final year students.

Rob Sprackling will be giving a talk on ‘Narrative Storytelling’. Rob has worked for Aardman and Pixar on various productions and wrote the original screenplays for Disney feature film ‘Gnomeo and Juliet’ and Live action films.

The National Student Survey has just been launched for 2017. The course will be hoping to continue its enviable record of 100% overall student satisfaction over the past two years. In the 2016 survey the students recorded 100% satisfaction in relation to the quality of teaching.

In the Autumn term the course continued to deliver great opportunities for its students, with briefings, workshops and talks from the following professionals who delivered their insights into the advertising industry and provided placement opportunities to the next generation.

Ex Falmouth Graduates, Will Moir & Elliot Bates, now a creative team at The Hub, London, set a live project for students. The winning work guarantees a work placement at The Hub.

Lambros Charalambous, Associate Creative Director at BBH delivered a project briefing at their agency in London.

John Yorke, Creative Director at Fold 7 delivered a project briefing via skype, following the students visit to London. Two work placement opportunities offered.

Mick Mahoney, Chief Creative Officer at Ogilvy and Mather delivered a project briefing in Falmouth. Eight work placement opportunities offered.

Adam Rolfe, Creative Director and Julie Adams, Head of Copy at RAPP delivered project briefing in Falmouth. Six work placement opportunities offered.

Rae Stones, Creative Director at EDELMAN, delivered project briefing in Falmouth. Five work placement opportunities offered.
